  • They will maintain appropriate insurance cover

7. Fees and Payments

All fees charged by Summersmith Lettings will be clearly disclosed before any service is provided and in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019.

Any permitted fees payable by tenants or landlords will be outlined in writing.

8. Deposits

Tenant deposits will be protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme in accordance with UK law. Prescribed information will be provided within the required timeframe.
