Additional HMRC Reporting Fee £60.00 per request
Fees for providing an annual income & expenditure report schedule £50 per landlord, per property.

Landlord Withdrawal Fees (before move-in) £200.00 plus any expenses incurred per tenancy (ie referencing, inventory etc.)
Vacant Property Management £60.00 per visit.
Management Take-Over Fees £200.00 per tenancy as initial set up cost plus 12% (inclusive of VAT) of the monthly rent thereafter.
Deposit Transfer Fee £102.00 per tenancy.
Summersmith Lettings Ltd is below the VAT threshold and therefore is not VAT registered and as such VAT is not chargeable on our services.
